Structured, personalised support — with someone who has done it

CQC Confidence Coaching is the most intensive level of support Harmony CQC offers. It is for practices that need more than tools and templates — they need external accountability, regular expert input, and a structured path that keeps moving even when everything else is pulling at the Practice Manager's attention.

Each week covers one of the 8 Harmony CQC modules. You build a custom action plan for your practice on the call. The following week, we review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and move forward. The full framework takes 16 weeks — and after that, you are welcome to stay, deepen implementation, and continue refining.

You can join at any point in the cycle and work through the full framework from wherever you start.

Live weekly coaching

Each week covers one governance module. On the call, we build a custom action plan specific to your practice — not generic guidance, but decisions made with your context in the room.

We open every session by reviewing the previous week's actions — troubleshooting what didn't move and keeping momentum going. This is what stops governance from stalling.

Bring your team

Up to two members of your practice attend every session — typically the Practice Manager and a Compliance Lead or GP Partner. Governance is a team sport.

A step-by-step implementation document runs alongside the sessions — mapping what is done, what is in progress, and what comes next across all 8 modules.
