CQC Confidence Coaching is the most intensive level of support Harmony CQC offers. It is for practices that need more than tools and templates — they need external accountability, regular expert input, and a structured path that keeps moving even when everything else is pulling at the Practice Manager's attention.
Each week covers one of the 8 Harmony CQC modules. You build a custom action plan for your practice on the call. The following week, we review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and move forward. The full framework takes 16 weeks — and after that, you are welcome to stay, deepen implementation, and continue refining.
